Gimme more utils

In economics, utility represents an individual's level of happiness.
Utils is the measurement of happiness.
Everyone seek to maximize their utility in their life, so am I.
However, human wants are unlimited.
When we get what we want, we seek more.

Therefore, we can NEVER maximize our utility.

I remember telling myself, just one cake from a random bakery will help me destress.
JUST ONE WILL DO.
Til this day, I am still telling myself that, and the stress keep piling up.
even though I am still getting my cakes from Starbucks, Secret Recipe etc.

I remember telling myself, just one cup will do.
One cup will keep me awake for the whole day.

I give up drinking coffee.
This sickness of mine a.k.a flu plus headache plus sore throat affect my tastebud so much that..
NOW, coffee tastes like milk plus cocoa powder to me.

I remember telling myself, just let me stare into spaces and dream for a while.
Just a short while will be good enough.

Then the still unwell me, got so tired and fell asleep.
Ya asleep with a restless mind.
I can count the number of times I woke up sweating like nobody's business.

All that I am wishing for is to sleep soundly like it.

Rain

Today started out with heavy rain pouring. and my umbrella has to fail me today.
Walked under the rain alone with a faulty umbrella.
Resulted in my bottom down all wet. and then my flu worsen.
Trapped in my car. so I used that moment to listen to the sound of the pouring rain.
What i heard was the sound of peacefulness and serenity.

Walked all the way to college and went straight to class.
Today didn't skip any classes and never regret.
PE1 didn't go down during the Merdeka celebration.
We did something more productive in class.
Lunch was spent at PappaRich with Wen Wen.
because we both didn't want to go MCD or Chicken Rice.
We spent it talking about all the things that could have happen if we had both went to Singapore to do A-Levels lol.
Probably died already caused by stress lol.
After that, Wen Wen went back to college to meet up with Selvy and I went to meet with the girls because we were going to Fei's house.
Studied Physics and Maths there.
Thanks Fei, you cleared some of my doubts, really have been a big help.
Felt really good. I left her house around 4.30pm.
Didn't realize that time fled that quickly.
Went to have tea with Gek at Starbucks, Centrepoint.
Although the time was short, just one hour, but we talked bout lots of stuffs.
She kept telling me to relax, well I really hope I could but I can't.
Wasn't planning to update blog but this is for Gek's sake :)
So here ya go girl.

P.S My mum called me 'attitude problem', it was really a hurtful thing for her to say and for me to hear. Felt like being stabbed in the heart. Tears kept falling and I don't know why. Well, now it stopped already and this is not an emo post :).

Today is Malaysian Studies test t-t
Been studying since last night 8 something til this morning.
Fell asleep a few times and woke up each and everytime.
Snacked a lot too.
Having bad headache, puffy eyes and sore throat.
Currently am studying Malaysian studies in library with Wen Wen.
Am going MIA until after AS Trial or am just gonna week blog based on mood til everything is over.
This is too stressful, I will hold on.

P.S I did not abandon my blog, just going MIA for a while.

Morning breakfast was spent in Oldtown.
All because of 2 HOURS OF PHYSICS THEORY,
I had to get a dose of coffee because I don't wanna die in Physics Lab.
HOWEVER
2 hours passed by in a flash!
Physics Theory was super AWESOME and FUN!
wanted more of it sia :(

Sir showed us a video on bridges and resonance during the last 35-45 minutes.
Very interesting, made me feel like studying bridges xD

Econs class was spent in 3.15.
Yesterday RAINED CATS AND DOGS, the classroom was flooded with water.
Had to becareful not to slip.

Everybody skipped LAN =.="
I stoned at cafeteria with Shasha, Matthew and Chua while waiting for Aiyann.
Out of nowhere, we talked back about practical during secondary school.
Everyone was enjoying the talk.
And then I went and meet Aiyann at the front gate :)

Some modeling agency set up a booth and a woman walked up to me.
She gave me this card with a smile so FAKE that is so undescribable.
